Prepayment is necessary for groups. We recommend making reservations one week in advance for groups. We must have a major credit card to guarantee your reservation. Schedule your next appointment before leaving. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
We require 24 hours in advance for any single appointment. We require three days in advance for group parties. There will be 50% charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours. There will be charged at full value if no-shows within two hours of the scheduled.
Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package. Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated. We are unable to accept gratuities on credit cards.
Our spa is a perfect place to host a birthday, wedding, graduation, new job, new baby, private corporate event, or monthly, friends, family get-together. You can bring your own food and drinks. You should arrive at least 15 minutes early to set thing up. A 10% Spa fee will be added to all treatments charges to accommodate service and clean-up after your party. (Six people and more)
